Authority

DRAFT, not legal advice. We wrote this in plain English from what Authority does today. A solicitor hasn't checked it yet, and it may change before we take any payment.

Cookie notice

Version draft-2026-10-30 · last updated 30 October 2026

Our public site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

The Authority app uses a few cookies and items in your browser's storage, only so it works: keeping you signed in, letting attendees back into a webinar they signed up for, and remembering small screen choices. None of them is used for advertising, and none is shared with advertisers. That's why there's no cookie banner.

Videos and booking forms on webinar pages

A business running a webinar on Authority can put in a video from YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia or Loom, or a booking or payment form from another service. Those services may set their own cookies. YouTube videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. The business is responsible for telling its visitors about them.

Turning cookies off

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the ones above, you won't be able to sign in or get back into a webinar without your link.
